Zipporin is seeking an exceptional Senior Full-Stack AI Product Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge foundational AI models and polished, customer-facing product experiences. You will own features end-to-end, architecting resilient backend services and crafting intuitive, responsive user interfaces that deliver high-impact generative AI capabilities to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain production-ready web applications combining modern frontend frameworks with scalable backend AI pipelines.
- Implement low-latency retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, vector search, and agentic AI features.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and high-performance UI components using TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Develop resilient backend services, streaming APIs, and background job processors in Python and Node.js.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and ML researchers to iterate rapidly from prototype to production.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack web applications at scale.
- Proficiency with modern web tech stacks, specifically TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Proven hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration tools into production environments.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, REST/streaming APIs, vector storage, and caching strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
